I’m currently the Director of User Experience for Musician’s Friend and several of its sister companies listed below. My team consists of 2 groups – User Experience Design and Front-End Development. Duties include interaction design, visual/creative design, XHTML/CSS/JS development, usability testing, click map overlay tests, surveys, A/B & multivariate testing, product taxonomy, site hierarchy, search and browse algorithm enhancements, and other areas touching web user experience. For each of the sites below, we provide different services, highlighted next to each one.
